TASK operates a state of the art 33,000 sq. ft. facility, featuring clean room environments equipped with hi-speed automated equipment.

Fully integrated under one roof, TASK handles the complete operation from substrate preparation and firing to die attach, wire bonding and SMT assembly through to encapsulating ( glob top or hermetic sealing) as well as final test and inspection.
